
Well known in the PNW, Penny’s Salsa entered into a Build to Suit lease with Robison Investment Properties (RIP), partnering with Davis Property & Investment, to answer its growing demand. The facility consists of 60,375 SF, including 3,500 SF of office. The warehouse space boasts extensive refrigerated production areas, along with multiple coolers, 1,600 amp, three-phase 480v power, and 10’ dock and 14’ grade level doors providing ample logistics capabilities. RIP transitioned from Landlord to Seller when Penny’s Salsa purchased the property in September, 2024.
